Samsung’s upcoming launch of its flagship smartphone Galaxy Note 7 has managed to  create a lot of hype over the internet. Even though leaks and rumours are common nowadays, the mention of a couple of interesting features have caught the tech world’s attention.

Popular twitter user Evan Blass posted a picture of the Note 7 recently which, if true, confirms three colour variants – Black Onyx, Silver Titanium and Blue Coral.

The image confirms almost all the rumours that we have heard about the Note 7. Dual edge display, no Note 6, blah blah blah. But, one thing is certainly missing. If you have an eye for smaller things, then you might have noticed it already. Yes! The rumoured iris scanner is missing!

According to other leaks, the iris scanner has a three-lens setup. And there is no such thing in this image. This is strange since the same person had confirmed the presence of an iris scanner in an earlier tweet. And this means we will have to wait for more such ‘confirmations’. Or rather, till August 2, when the device will be launched officially.
