Viviana is the only Indian mall to bag the gold award thus carving a niche for India in the global retail space.

The Mall is strategically located on the Eastern Express Highway, in the district of Thane. The mall is located to cater to the catchments area of Thane, Mulund, Powai, Ghatkopar and other central suburbs of Mumbai. This lends it 2 of the most essential qualities in ensuring more than adequate footfalls i.e. maximum visibility and easy connectivity.

In recent years, Thane district has witnessed rapid urbanization and commercialization due to its close proximity to Mumbai. Consequently, Thane is cited to become one of the fastest growing cities in India. However, it does not have a great deal of organized retail activity, thus making Viviana Mall a completely new and thrilling kind of retail-shopping experience for its citizens. The primary catchment area is approximately a 15-20 minute drive away, while the secondary catchment area is a 25-30 minute drive from Viviana Mall. Some of the catchment residential complexes include Vasant Vihar, Vasant Lawns, Siddhachal Complex, Neelkanth Heights, Hiranandani Estate and Hiranandani Meadows.
