Viviana is India’s first and only mall that is considered to be visually impaired friendly mall in the country. Built on a 13- acre plot and spread over an area of one million sq. ft, Viviana offers its shoppers countless choices when it comes to shopping, food, fun and entertainment, thus giving its customers an experience of endless discoveries. Designed to please the eye and to heighten the shopper’s excitement, Viviana boasts of a unique tenant mix – Cinepolis, a megaplex with 14 screens, 19 anchor tenants for the first time in the country including Shoppers Stop, Marks & Spencer, Lifestyle, Zara and many other brands for the first time in Thane. The jewel in the crown is the recent win of the gold award at ICSC Annual Asia-Pacific Shopping Centre Awards 2014. Viviana also won best retail project of 2014 honored by CNBC Awaaz. The Mall is strategically located on the Eastern Express Highway, in the district of Thane. The mall is located to cater to the catchments area of Thane, Mulund, Powai, Ghatkopar and other central suburbs of Mumbai.
