Sacrifice! Yes you are right. You need to sacrifice some of your eating habits to loose the extra belly fat. Sacrificing means not to just stop eating what you like. But have a mark on what you eat and when you eat. If you are on a journey of loosing extra body fat then all you need to do is burn more calories than you eat. Off course! You need right amount of calories throughout the day to keep going. Cutting your food wont help you loose belly fat. You need food to get the required amount of energy to carry out the essential daily work.

Just make sure you follow these simple steps to loose belly fat more faster and get toned. Loosing belly fat is not that easy as you think. But surely, once you follow these steps you will see the difference.


Here are some easy ways you can reduce your belly:

1. Burn more calories than you consume.


How is that possible? It is quite easy. Exercise at least 45 minutes daily. Be it any kind of gym activity, Circuit training, jogging, cycling, swimming or running. But if you need to shed that extra fat you need to exercise at least 5 days in a week. You can indulge into any kind of sports activity like soccer, badminton, boxing etc. to burn calories quickly.

2. Increase your proteins and reduce your fat intake.


Include raw leafy vegetables in your diet. Eat fruits, nuts, berries etc. Calculate the amount of calories and fats you are consuming. Use some applications that do them very well. 3. Have 5 small meals in a day instead of 2 heavy meals.


Yeah! You heard it right. Eat 4 to 5 small meals a day. Do not forget to have a heavy breakfast in the morning. One hour before having lunch have some fruits or salad. Then have a slight light lunch. Do the same at night before having dinner. If you eat heavy meals then the extra calories will be deposited as fats around your stomach.

3. Black coffee or green tea.


Black coffee is considered to be a natural ingredient to boost your immune system to reduce fats. Have black coffee before your exercise. Green tea on the other hand detoxes your body on a large scale and helps in reducing fats. Have at least 3 cups of green tea everyday.

4. Drink plenty of water

A normal body needs 3 liters of water a day. But you if you are on a gola to reduce fats then you need to increase water consumption up to 4 to 5 liters a day.

5. Avoid chocolates and substances containing more sugar.

More starchy substance you eat, more it will be converted to fats. Avoid such foods. Especially Junk Food. Strictly avoid outside food. Cook your own food which will help you to know what not to eat.

6. Consume healthy fats.

Consume those fats which benefit your body instead of unhealthy fats. Like egg yolk, Avocado etc.
