Here are few tips on how to stay fit :

Any type of regular and physical activity can improve your fitness and your health.
The most important thing to stay fit is to always keep moving! Exercise should be a regular part of your day, like brushing your teeth,using your phone,eating,and sleeping. It can be in gym or joining a sports team, or working out on your own.

Keep the following tips in your mind:
Stay positive always and have fun. A good mental attitude is very important.

Find a activity that you think is fun. You are more likely to keep with exercising if you choose something that you like. A lot of people find it more fun to exercise with someone else, so see if you can find some friends or family members to be with you.

Take it one step at a time only. Small changes can add up to the better fitness. For example, walk or ride your bike to school,college or to a friend’s house instead of getting a ride there. Get on or off the bus several blocks away so that you can walk the rest of the way. Make sure you use the stairs instead of taking the elevator or escalator.

Get your heart pumping. Whatever you choose to do make sure it includes aerobic exercise that makes you breathe harder and increases your heart rate. This is one of the best type of exercise because it increases your fitness level and makes your heart and lungs work better. It also helps to burn off body fat. Examples of aerobic activities are basketball,football, running, or swimming.

Don’t forget to do warm up with some easy exercises or mild stretching before you do any kind of physical activity. This warms your muscles up and may help protect you against injury.

Stretching makes your muscles and joints more flexible. It is also important to stretch out your body after you exercise to cool down your muscles properly.

 Your goal should be to do some type of exercise each and every day. It is best to do a aerobic activity without stopping for at least 20 to 30 minutes.

Drink a glass of water half an hour before eating food. This will help you loose some weight.

Do the activity as often as possible, but do not exercise to the point of pain. It may cause injury.

How to lose body fat and reduce your tummy?

Sacrifice! Yes you are right. You need to sacrifice some of your eating habits to loose the extra belly fat. Sacrificing means not to just stop eating what you like. But have a mark on what you eat and when you eat. If you are on a journey of loosing extra body fat then all you need to do is burn more calories than you eat. Off course! You need right amount of calories throughout the day to keep going. Cutting your food wont help you loose belly fat. You need food to get the required amount of energy to carry out the essential daily work.

Just make sure you follow these simple steps to loose belly fat more faster and get toned. Loosing belly fat is not that easy as you think. But surely, once you follow these steps you will see the difference.

Here are some easy ways you can reduce your belly:

1. Burn more calories than you consume.

How is that possible? It is quite easy. Exercise at least 45 minutes daily. Be it any kind of gym activity, Circuit training, jogging, cycling, swimming or running. But if you need to shed that extra fat you need to exercise at least 5 days in a week. You can indulge into any kind of sports activity like soccer, badminton, boxing etc. to burn calories quickly.

2. Increase your proteins and reduce your fat intake.

Include raw leafy vegetables in your diet. Eat fruits, nuts, berries etc. Calculate the amount of calories and fats you are consuming. Use some applications that do them very well. I personally use Healthyfyme Weight loss coach which is pretty good app. It helps you to track all your daily diet and set you goals accordingly.

3. Have 5 small meals in a day instead of 2 heavy meals.

Yeah! You heard it right. Eat 4 to 5 small meals a day. Do not forget to have a heavy breakfast in the morning. One hour before having lunch have some fruits or salad. Then have a slight light lunch. Do the same at night before having dinner. If you eat heavy meals then the extra calories will be deposited as fats around your stomach.

3. Black coffee or green tea.

 

Black coffee is considered to be a natural ingredient to boost your immune system to reduce fats. Have black coffee before your exercise. Green tea on the other hand detoxes your body on a large scale and helps in reducing fats. Have at least 3 cups of green tea everyday.

4. Drink plenty of water

A normal body needs 3 liters of water a day. But you if you are on a gola to reduce fats then you need to increase water consumption up to 4 to 5 liters a day.

5. Avoid chocolates and substances containing more sugar.

More starchy substance you eat, more it will be converted to fats. Avoid such foods. Especially Junk Food. Strictly avoid outside food. Cook your own food which will help you to know what not to eat.

6. Consume healthy fats.

Consume those fats which benefit your body instead of unhealthy fats. Like egg yolk, Avocado etc.

If you want to have a healthy life these three things are must. They are not difficult. It’s how seriously you take them. Eating junk food and sitting idle at home won’t get you anywhere! It’s not that getting six packs is fitness! Its just exercising daily at home if you do not want to go out, eating right food and meditating. It will help you to stay away from common diseases like cold and fever. Studies have found out that people who exercise and meditate regularly are happier and live longer than others. Its your decision to live a healthy life or to stay fat and lose control over our body and mind.

Eat clean – more specific eat right and which benefits your body!

Many of us come across the questions like what should I eat to stay fit and when should I eat. These are basic things that one should know. It is quite simple, we are educated people. We do not have to go too deep. To talk about eating clean, eat more veggies,fruits and DRINK PLENTY OF WATER. Drink at least 3 liters per day to keep your body hydrated.

A brisk walk or jogging for 20 minutes will help to sweat and burn the extra calories. It is not necessary to go to gym always. Exercise can be done at home without any kind of weights. Body weight exercises are the best if you do not want to lift those heavy weights at the gym.

Some basic body-weight exercise include :
  • Squats/Jumping squats- The best exercise in which multiple body parts get involved including lower back,legs,hamstrings and calf.
  • Push-ups- It strengthens your arms as well as your upper back
  • Plank- A great core workout that trains your whole core

This exercises will surely burn your calories without going anywhere, staying at home. At the same time you need rest as well as proper nutrition. Sleep for at least 7 hours a day. Even walking for 30 minutes in your vicinity daily will help you a lot. Exercise help us keep fresh throughout the day. Include some of your friends and encourage them. Meditation is must nowadays where we don’t have time for our self due to hectic schedule. Getting up early in the morning. Sit in a room where fresh air ventilation is available. Light an incense stick and just do OM chanting. If you accept the flow you will definitely experience peace of mind. If this is not possible sit in a place where there is less amount of noise and pollution. Just thing about what you want, what is troubling you and just share it with nature earth. Nature’s force is extraordinary. Meditation also depends upon your breathing. Focus on your breathing. Give it a try by yourself. It clears of mind and keeps you calm. If you are an angry kind of person then surely you should meditate. Don’t expect results early, try your best and surely you will live a happy life.
